Tremco is seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead field service crews, prioritize safety, and ensure timely, high-quality roof installations. You will coordinate with sales reps, customers, and technicians, conduct daily safety briefings, and drive project execution in the NY area.

You must have five years in roofing, knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC and other systems, OSHA 30, and ability to travel. The role offers a base salary with eligible annual bonus, a company vehicle, health

Formación

• Minimum five years of roofing industry experience.
• Familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and metal roofing systems.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; RRO preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Strong safety focus and crew leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily safety briefings with crew, Sales Rep, and customers.
• Manage crew hours, productivity, and material readiness.
• Ensure project scope and quality, with end-of-day walk-through.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on schedules and reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interactions.
• Handle pricing for self-performed projects over $12,500.
