Sharp Performance Inc. is hiring a full-time Field Implementation Specialist to roll out our platform on-site at customer departments, typically traveling three weeks per month.

You will lead rollout sessions, engage department leadership, and ensure a smooth initial experience with the Sharp platform. You will operate independently, make fast decisions, and document outcomes for the Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~3 weeks per month.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rollout onsite with precision and lead sessions.
• Be the face of Sharp Performance in meetings.
• Earn credibility with leadership and frontline staff.
• Complete post-rollout documentation and handoffs.
• Provide field feedback to product, coaching, and leadership.
