Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, warehousing, logistics or field-based SaaS implementation.
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite implementations of Toro's platform at bulk trucking terminals, dispatch centers, and warehouses.
• Deliver hands-on training to dispatchers, drivers, and logistics managers.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt implementation plans to meet site-specific needs.
