Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robotic systems and automation equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Travel to customer facilities for service, repair, installation, startup, and support
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and validation of robotic systems
• Document service activities and findings
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding status and recommendations
