The technician will maintain, repair, and support industrial robotic systems used in manufacturing, with opportunities to work on advanced automation technologies while helping Bow Robotics' customers succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robotic systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Travel to customer facilities for service, repair, installation, startup.
• Assist with system commissioning, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize and complete service requests.
• Document service activities and findings using Office tools.
• Communicate equipment status and repair recommendations to customers.
• Provide technical support at customer sites.
• Adhere to safety policies and industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development.
• Support continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.
