Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Forklift Certification or Experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as required
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Position Summary

Bow Robotics isseekinga skilled and motivated Robotics Technician to support both in-shop and field service operations. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys hands-on technical work, troubleshooting complex automation systems, and working directly with customers to resolve equipment issues.

The Robotics Technician will play a critical role inmaintaining, repairing, and supporting industrial robotic systems used in manufacturing environments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• EMMT, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related technical certification

• Experience supporting manufacturing, automation, or industrial production environments

• This position is performed in combination of warehouse and customer site environments supporting robotics service, repair, rebuild, and automation projects. Use of PPE including safety glasses, steel toe footwear, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as needed.

Position Classification

This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position. Depending on the needs of the business, the ability to work more than 40 hours/week and/or weekends may be required.
