Job summary

Bow Robotics is seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to support in-shop and field service operations. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial robotic systems used in manufacturing environments, with hands-on troubleshooting and direct customer interaction.

You will travel to customer facilities up to 50% of the time, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required for the role.
• 2+ years of mechanical/electrical/technical maintenance experience or related technical education preferred.
• ABB robot experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is desirable.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and clear communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and maintain professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel to customer facilities for service, repair, installation, startup, and support.
• Assist with robotic system commissioning, testing, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize and complete service requests.
• Document service activities and findings using reporting systems and Office tools.
• Provide professional technical support while representing Bow Robotics at customer sites.
