Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovations deployment team. The role leads end-to-end installation and go-live of industrial automation across North America stores, coordinating with hardware, software and operations teams.

Travel is extensive, up to 75%+, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, troubleshooting and continuous improvement in field environments. A strong background in electromechanical systems is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with technical drawings and/or reading CAD models (mechanical and electrical).
• 1+ year experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and CAD models to resolve on-site clashes.
• Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems to resolve escalations.
• Ability to read and develop technical documentation and process instructions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee on-site installation and launch of industrial automation technologies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineering, TPMs, product managers, and site maintenance.
• Travel to project sites and manage program status with stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget management.
• Develop and improve standard work documents and deployment SOPs.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive operational excellence initiatives.
