Job summary

LionsBot, a robotics and AI innovator, seeks Robotics Service Technicians to support US customers with onsite and remote technical services. This role involves extensive travel (80%+), working from home offices when not traveling, and ensuring top client satisfaction.

You will install, commission, train customers, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues, while staying current with the latest cleaning-robot technology—contributing to our fast-growing field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in robotics/mechatronics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, in-person or remote.
• Experience leading adult training.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ across North America.
• Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment onboarding including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites regularly and provide remote technical support.
• Work from a residential office when not traveling.
• Support onsite sales trials, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Commission robots on-site: map creation, zone design, testing, and calibration.
• Train and certify customers in using robots.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and service.
• Collaborate with internal engineering to resolve issues.
• Document service visits and customer communications.
