Job summary

Blue River Technology seeks a Robotics Operations Engineer to manage the intersection of engineering development and real-world deployments of our technology. You will be the primary facilitator bridging the gap between engineering teams and global cooperators, responsible for the full lifecycle of data collection operations—from rugged hardware to coordinating international deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage schedules in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills using training materials or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined procedures to monitor deployed systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Create processes to improve operational efficiency and develop metrics of success.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and various engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering to build and deploy prototype data collection machines.
• Coordinate with software teams to perform quality checks and align with development schedules.
• Develop relationships with vendors and support the internal inventory system.
