Responsibilities

• Own the technical path from customer use case to deployment.
• Work with customers to understand operations, assess feasibility, and define requirements.
• Design deployment solutions across product management, hardware, model capabilities, and tooling.
• Configure systems at customer sites, run evaluations, debug issues, and iterate until criteria are met.
• Collaborate with research, robotics engineering, and platform teams to turn field feedback into improvements.
