Job summary

Maven Robotics, Inc. is seeking a field deployment specialist to ensure the continuous operation of robotic solutions in customer facilities. You will operate mobile robotic systems, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to meet production targets.

The role requires hands-on experience with complex robotic systems, proficiency in C++/Python, ROS2, and a readiness to troubleshoot in dynamic environments. This is a full-time on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• OR an Associate’s degree in a related engineering field plus a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience testing or operating robotic or electromechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with complex robotic or electromechanical systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate mobile robotic systems within the production environment to meet operational goals.
• Observe and provide feedback on the task workflow to the software development team to improve operational efficiency.
• Proactively monitor and manage robot task performance to maintain production targets.
• Manually intervene to correct tasks that the robot has mishandled.
• Execute routine and preventative maintenance on robotic hardware and electromechanical systems.
• Conduct first-level software triage, diagnose issues, and report findings to the engineering team for resolution.
