Civ Robotics, a leader in autonomous layout solutions for construction, seeks a Field Application Engineer to deploy and support robotics at customer sites from our San Francisco office. You will train operators, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help maintain a growing fleet of robots.

This hands-on role requires travel across the U.S. and internationally, collaboration with R&D and Sales, and keen problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on robotics field experience required.
• Experience with customer deployment and training.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and troubleshoot Civ robotic systems at customer sites.
• Train customers on operation, workflows and maintenance.
• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support deployments.
• Prepare, inspect and test robots before shipment and deployment.
