Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with robotic systems, field technical support, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with basic electronics, wiring, and sensors.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure when supporting customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot robotic systems during field deployment.
• Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely.
• Gather customer feedback to improve robot usability.
