Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Technology Deployment team, supporting North America’s fulfillment network. You’ll lead end-to-end deployment of industrial automation, coordinating installation, testing, and go-live across sites.

This role requires substantial travel, up to 75% or more, and relocation to multiple hubs may be required. You will work with cross-functional groups and on-site customers to deliver safe, high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, systems engineering, or DevOps roles.
• 5+ years of Linux experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Python, Java, Bash, or Ruby or equivalent scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of large-scale industrial automation technologies.
• Own on-site coordination of installation and acceptance testing to meet go-live dates.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, TPMs, product managers, and site teams to translate technical requirements into deployment plans.
