Job summary

RLWRLD is seeking an experienced robotics deployment engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle—from data collection and model fine-tuning to physical deployment and production monitoring.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years of field robotics experience, a scrappy approach to debugging, and solid hands-on work with perception hardware and VLA architectures. Travel 50–75% across the US is expected; Korean language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Field experience deploying robotics or automation in factory or logistics settings.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to debugging hardware and software integrations.
• Experience with perception hardware and debugging in real deployments.
• Exposure to Vision-Language-Action (VLA) architectures in academic or lab contexts.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% to US customer sites and adapt to field hours.
• Functional Korean proficiency for interface with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment stack from data collection to production observability.
• Patch hardware and software issues quickly under dynamic demo conditions.
• Bridge R&D and field data to inform model training and architecture.
