Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a Field Deployment Lead for the US to manage end-to-end robot deployments across logistics and manufacturing sites. You will install, commission, and certify systems, coordinating with engineering and ROC teams for remote support.

You will travel to Europe initially and then to US sites, building runbooks, training operators, and managing local service partners. Strong hands-on robotics deployment and FAT/SAT experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in industrial robotics deployment, commissioning, or field engineering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, actuators in industrial settings.
• Proven FAT/SAT execution and robotics/system commissioning at customer sites.
• Linux CLI, Python basics; comfortable with shell commands.
• ROS or ROS2 experience or equivalent industrial automation background.
• Strong documentation: runbooks, SOPs, handover docs.
• Available to start in Oct 2026 or soon after.
• US passport travel ability; willingness to multi-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment at US customer sites: site prep, installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Lead FAT and SAT sign-offs with customer teams; ensure production readiness before handover.
• Coordinate deployment timelines with cross-functional teams and remote support.
• Manage site-specific dependencies, permits, EHS, and risks.
• Document configurations and site adaptations for each deployment.
• Design/runbooks for site operations and escalation paths; oversee operator onboarding.
