Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Interest and ability in software development.
  • Basic proficiency in C# or other object-oriented languages.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current driver's license and valid passport.
  • Comfortable working in laboratory and technical environments.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy laboratory automation solutions, including robotic arms, scheduling software, and integrated devices.
  • Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Troubleshoot field issues in collaboration with engineering, software, and support teams.
  • Configure relational databases for laboratory scheduling applications.
  • Maintain deployment documentation and drive process improvements.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in deployed systems.
  • Serve as the professional face of HighRes during on-site client engagements.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on robotic systems ranging from single arms to room-scale platforms.
  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding workflows and anticipating needs.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences.
  • Maintain responsive, professional communication throughout the customer journey.
