Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in construction inspection or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Fluent reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Team player able to complete daily reports by hand and computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and timely reports documenting construction progress, inspection and testing results.
• Record and report daily forms per project requirements.
• Review work for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain records, measure field quantities, conduct tests to verify contractor compliance.
• Submit timesheets, mileage, and expense reports on time each week.
