Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction-related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to understand construction plans, specs and procedures.
• Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Able to read, write and communicate fluently.
• Team player capable of completing daily reports by hand and computer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports documenting construction progress and testing results.
• Record daily forms and measure field quantities as required.
• Review work for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Maintain records, measure quantities, and conduct field tests per specs.
• Submit accurate timesheets, mileage and expenses weekly.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, staff and supervisors.
• Perform field inspections and ensure safety compliance on sites.
