Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction inspection experience or training.
• In-depth ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Basic math, geometry, and trig skills for field measurements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document clearly.
• Team player with capability to complete daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform field construction inspection and documentation on roadway and bridge projects.
• Review safety daily, adhere to OSHA standards, and ensure compliance with specs.
• Prepare reports documenting progress, inspection results, and tests.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors; resolve issues.
• Maintain required certifications and submit timesheets and expenses timely.
