Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Inspector 2 to work on active roadway and bridge projects. You will perform field inspections, document progress, and ensure safety and quality per specifications.

The role requires ability to read plans and specs, basic math, and willingness to work in varying weather and night shifts; high school diploma and 0–2 years experience; valid driver's license and ability to obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of construction inspection experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.
• Basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports documenting construction progress and testing results.
• Record daily forms and verify accuracy before submission.
• Inspect work sites for safety compliance per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, staff, and supervisors.
