Job summary

Acusensus is seeking a Road Safety Technology Operator based in Connecticut to deploy and operate our AI speed-detection platforms across field sites. You will manage safe deployments, align CI-enabled mobile units, and ensure data integrity while working on a rotating 24/7 roster in diverse outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with safe driving behaviours.
• Experience towing and reversing trailers.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary software and manage field hardware.
• Get-it-done attitude; able to work in all weather conditions and near moving traffic.
• High attention to detail and ethical handling of sensitive enforcement data.
• Role offers variable weekly hours (part-time casual) depending on deployment needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Deployments: conduct site risk assessments and document safety compliance before sessions.
• Master the Technology: set up and align mobile AI cars and trailers; monitor cameras and radar for data integrity.
• Maintain Peak Performance: perform in-field maintenance and checks to keep equipment ready.
• Liaise with the Hub: communicate with Network Operations Center for real-time support.
• Manage Public Interaction: act as a professional ambassador for Acusensus.
• Ensure Operational Quality: adhere to ISO standards (9001, 45001, 27001, 14001) for safety and security.
