Qualifications

• 2-4 years of merchandising experience
• 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience
• A knack for hiring, training, and developing people
• Confidence presenting to store management and contributing in meetings with business partners
• The ability to build relationships across teams and with business leaders
• Home office setup and the ability to travel at least 40% of the time

Responsabilités

• Build your team by recruiting, training, and developing merchandisers
• Set your team up to win by tracking scorecards and coaching to standards
• Get out in the stores with client representatives for in-store training
• Assign merchandisers to stores and manage schedules for direct reports
• Handle recaps, audits, itineraries, timekeeping, and expense reports
• Be the connector with store management, client partners, and Talent Acquisition
