Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to service stores and execute shelf resets, planograms, and promotional setups across assigned accounts. You will stock products, manage displays, and coordinate with store staff to ensure planogram compliance.

This role involves frequent local travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs; mileage reimbursement is provided under UNFI benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to read, understand and implement planograms.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms in store; adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales program to execute plans and provide feedback.
• Rotate stock and process merchandise returns per policy.
• Interpret internal reports and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Develop action plans with supervisor to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Engage customers about the full Professional Services Portfolio to strengthen relationships.
