Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to service Twin Cities accounts. You will execute planograms, stock displays, and support remodels or new store resets while maintaining strong relationships with customers and UNFI stakeholders.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or distribution, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 95% for on-site locations. Join UNFI to support merchandising programs and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Auto Insurance levels that meet UNFI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement planograms in store; adjust sections as needed.
• Visit retailers on Home Store or Field Sales program to execute customer plans and provide feedback.
• Rotate stock and process merchandise returns per policy.
• Interpret internal reports and complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Develop action plans with supervision to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Engage customers about the full Professional Services Portfolio to strengthen relationships.
