2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers across Cincinnati, build relationships, educate merchants on the program, and ensure it is valued by partners.

You will travel within your territory, support in-store branding, track visits with mobile tools, and collaborate with leadership to hit territory goals. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retailers to engage merchants professionally and build relationships.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Place and maintain in-store signage and branding; document visits with mobile tools.
• Travel within territory to cover 22–35 stores daily and support territory goals.
• Provide in-store support, answer questions, and escalate concerns as needed.
