Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer partnerships, raise program visibility, and support growth across your territory. This field-based role requires daily visits to local retailers and representing the brand in the field.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with travel within your region. Expect about 22–35 store visits per day, education on the client’s financial services, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening.
• Experience in retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain in-store signage and branding.
• Document visits using mobile tools and report activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.
