2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to drive relationships with retailers in the Chicago market. This field-based role requires visiting stores, educating merchants about the client’s financial services, and promoting program benefits.

You will travel within the territory, maintain POS materials, document visits with mobile tools, and collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
