2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers in the Market - AMRET area and educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits. You will build relationships, support field activities, and ensure a strong customer experience at every location.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
