Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with local retailers, educate them on the program, and maximize brand presence in your territory. You will travel within Saint Louis market, visit 22–35 stores per day, and work with leadership to meet coverage goals.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package. This field-based position requires a reliable vehicle and the ability to manage an efficient daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
