Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build strong relationships with local retailers across your West Palm Beach area. You will educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits while visiting stores on scheduled routes.

This field-based role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel daily. You will report activity via mobile tools, meet territory goals, and participate in training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have personal vehicle and proof of insurance
• MVR screening successfully completed

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory to engage merchants professionally
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits
• Provide on-site support and answer questions to ensure merchant understanding
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations
