2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in San Antonio, TX to visit local retailers, educate them on the client’s financial services, and strengthen brand presence in stores.

This field-based role requires daily travel within the territory, about 22-35 visits per day, and offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, a full benefits package, and training to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
• Place and maintain point of purchase signage in-store and ensure branding
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met
• Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory
• Approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling
• Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up
• Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams
