Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an Executive Respiratory Account Manager to sell capital equipment and service products in the Respiratory and Thoracic Care call points within a designated geographic territory.

The ERAM will develop a local business plan aligned with MSG goals, collaborate with field support and sales teams, and drive maximum product sales and profitability across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Sales experience in healthcare preferred or related Olympus roles.
• Strong closing skills and ability to work in teams.
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to travel 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by selling capital equipment, service agreements and related products to new or existing customers.
• Identify and pursue capital and repair service business at the account level.
• Develop knowledge of Olympus products, healthcare marketplace, and competing offerings; engage physicians and administrators to support sales.
• Assist with field service requests, installations, evaluations, and training as needed.
• Coordinate with Clinical Team on evaluations and product demonstrations for prospects.
• Provide input on sales forecasts, competitive activity, and contracted business.
• Maintain contacts with key customers and travel to facilities as required.
