Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks an Executive Respiratory Account Manager to drive capital equipment sales across assigned territories including VA, NC, SC, and WV. You will build local plans in line with MSG goals and work with field teams to maximize customer value.

The role requires 50–80% travel, strong closing and healthcare sales experience, and collaboration with physicians and administrators to advance Olympus’ products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and involvement.
• Sales experience in healthcare strongly preferred or related Olympus experience.
• Strong closing skills and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work in teams with strong communication and organization.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and travel 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales quota by selling capital equipment, servicing agreements, and related products.
• Develop and implement a local business plan aligned with MSG goals and directives.
• Collaborate with field support and sales colleagues to serve customers effectively.
• Identify capital and repair service opportunities within accounts and call on prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of Olympus products, market trends, and competitive offerings; engage physicians and admins.
• Assist with field service tasks including installations, evaluations, and training when needed.
• Coordinate product demonstrations with the Clinical Team for prospective customers.
