Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group seeks a field-based Category Management professional to partner with buyers, retailers and suppliers across Northern California. The role operates five days a week with early start times and pays $24.50 per hour plus overtime opportunities.

Daily duties include using industry data and in-house tools to grow Reyes and retailer sales, drafting planograms, and supporting merchandising. Travel up to 75% and opportunities for advancement in sales, marketing or delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools.
• Reliable automobile transportation with a valid driver license and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with buyers, retailers, store owners and suppliers to become the preferred/trusted category partner to grow Reyes and the retailer’s sales.
• Utilize industry data and in-house reporting tools to develop retailer-specific strategies that grow sales through space optimization.
• Support reset and merchandising activities using applicable tools and technology.
• Travel to other Reyes branches and retailers to sell the category management process and/or train personnel.
• Draft planograms including schematics and space planning solutions using computer-based space management software.
• Record store-level data, measurements and category information using surveys and equipment.
• Travel up to 75% based on business needs.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
