Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in broadcast operations or related television/media environment with supervisory experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written & verbal).
• Exhibits strong technical knowledge of broadcast transmission workflows and infrastructure, including IP-based video transport, satellite, fiber-optic, and bonded transmission paths.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues under time-sensitive conditions in a live broadcast environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development, implementation, and delivery of operational solutions within the Technical Operations Center and provides hands-on technical support.
• Leads day-to-day activities, staffing, and priorities of Video Control, Media Management, and Technical Operations teams.
• Ensures services meet internal expectations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintains team knowledge through training, documentation, and adoption of new technologies and procedures.
• Partners with leadership on capacity planning to ensure staffing and resources align with daily operations and events.
• Develops and improves processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and consistency.
• Collaborates with senior management to lead strategic initiatives and optimize workflows.
