Job summary

Premier Rental Purchase is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental (lease) accounts, ensure on-time payments, and coordinate deliveries and service calls. You will maintain strong customer relationships and stay knowledgeable about merchandise, while communicating regularly with customers and team members to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities include managing non-renewed accounts per policy, safeguarding payments, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• DOT certification (if required in your state).
• One year of customer-service-related experience and completion of training.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
