Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, and basic math abilities.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to handle customer situations professionally after training.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Handle deliveries, service calls, and returns of merchandise.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payments, and merchandise.
• Support store standards and assist with store operations.
• Communicate regularly with customers, coworkers, and management.
