Job summary

Environmental Field Services, Inc. is seeking a Remedial Construction Field Technician III for its Indianapolis area projects. The role requires extensive field work, travel to client sites across multiple states, and the ability to lift heavy loads while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in remediation/construction and OSHA 40‑Hour HAZWOPER is a plus. This full-time position emphasizes teamwork, site supervision, and delivering safe, compliant field operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction or field labor experience.
• HAZWOPER certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site foreman and delegate tasks to junior staff.
• Read and interpret job-site blueprints and plans.
• Assist Heavy Equipment Operators with field execution.
• Perform field maintenance on generators, pumps and tools; heavy lifting as needed.
• Mobilize to project sites and manage load lists; maintain safety standards.
• Travel to client sites across multiple states up to 100%.
