Job summary

August Mack Environmental, Inc. is seeking a Remedial Construction Field Technician III for travel across multiple states. This role will involve field labor, soil remediation tasks, and installation of remediation systems, with safety as a top priority.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in construction or field work; OSHA 40‑Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus. The job requires lifting 50–100 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather, with potential 100% travel.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction or field labor experience.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Fill the role of on-site foreman and delegate tasks to junior employees.
• Read and understand job site blueprints/site plans.
• Assist Heavy Equipment Operators with field execution of projects.
• Maintain and repair equipment including generators, pumps, and small power tools; handle materials safely.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and be willing to travel up to 100%.
• Perform daily time/hours billed and expenses reporting.
• Ensure safety practices and use PPE as required.
