Job summary

Advanced Technology Services seeks a reliability-focused professional to enhance factory performance through predictive maintenance and rigorous analysis. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform RCA and FMEA, and develop maintenance plans to improve reliability and throughput.

The role requires a strong foundation in reliability tools, certifications, and data-driven decision-making, with opportunities to drive ROI and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of reliability experience.
• Master Level Proficiency in Predictive Technology.
• Vibration I Certification.
• Infrared I Certification.
• Ultrasound I Certification.
• CMRP/ARP/CRP/CRL Certification.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, and reliability data analysis.
• Knowledge of cGMP, NETA, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for ROI through equipment replacement and communicate ROI findings.
• Perform reliability centered maintenance and develop equipment maintenance plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements.
• Apply RCA, FMEA, life-cycle costing and risk analysis.
• Communicate with leadership on alignment of KPIs and reliability strategies.
