Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in the United States seeks a Reliability Engineer focused on manufacturing maintenance to improve equipment reliability and throughput in industrial environments.

You will lead RCA/RCM, implement predictive maintenance, guide root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPI targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience in heavy industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Experience with RCA, RCFA, RCFA techniques.
• Experience & performance with RCM & FMEA.
• Master level proficiency in Predictive Technology.
• Vibration I Certification.
• Infrared I Certification.
• Coaching & experience with Work Execution Management.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
• Ability to perform FMEA, cause and effect diagrams, root cause analysis, life-cycle costing, and risk analysis.
• Ability to research and apply new equipment technology/trends.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and writing skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data trend analysis and vibration analysis; knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing; familiarity with cGMP, NETA, EPA, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture and policies.
• Partners with internal/external customers for engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
• Identifies opportunities for capital expenditures for equipment replacement with ROI communication.
• Champions operating systems and best practices to enable a precision reliability culture.
• Collaborates with maintenance teams on predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance strategies.
• Performs, trains, and coaches Root Cause, Bad Actor, and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Collaborates with leadership on alignment of ATS/Customer KPIs.
