Job summary

Canopy Works is seeking a Solutions Reliability Specialist to assess and improve deployed safety technology across healthcare sites. You will act as a technical advisor, evaluating performance, identifying risks, and coordinating remediation with field services and partners.

Travel approximately 50% and onsite work are required. You will prioritize issues, communicate clear recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in field services or technical support.
• Ability to evaluate moderately complex technical problems and propose solutions.
• Strong knowledge of connected hardware, networks, and system performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess health, performance, and reliability of Canopy systems at customer sites.
• Conduct system health reviews of network, coverage, connectivity, hardware.
• Identify root causes and reliability risks.
• Develop remediation plans with priorities and resources.
• Coordinate remediation with partners and field teams.
• Provide guidance to Customer Success and stakeholders.
• onsite troubleshooting and validation when needed.
