Job summary

Canopy Works seeks a Solutions Reliability Specialist to independently assess, manage, and improve the reliability of deployed safety technology across healthcare customer sites. You will act as a technical advisor, evaluate system performance, identify risks, and coordinate remediation activities with internal and external teams.

The role involves travel up to 50% across the United States, collaborating with clinical and facilities stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Canopy’s service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field services or technical systems support experience.
• Ability to independently evaluate moderately complex technical problems and recommend solutions.
• Strong knowledge of connected hardware systems, network connectivity, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% to customer sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess health, performance, and reliability of Canopy systems across Tier 1 and Tier 2 sites.
• Conduct system health reviews and evaluate network performance, coverage, and hardware functionality.
• Develop remediation plans and coordinate implementation with partners and field teams.
• Provide technical guidance to Customer Success Managers and stakeholders, translating findings into actionable options.
• Coordinate remediation activities and ensure validated, reliable outcomes across multiple sites.
