Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager to support HCP offices in gaining access to Regeneron products for patients. The role drives reimbursement strategy across payer segments and collaborates with Sales, Payer, and Alliance teams to educate offices on coverage for Dupixent and related products.

The RBM will build strategic plans, provide payer support services, and maintain knowledge of payer criteria to remove access barriers while aligning with Regeneron policies and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment.
• 2 years Reimbursement experience.
• Experience working with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network is essential.
• Collaboration and proactive communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare provider offices in acquiring access to Regeneron products.
• Educate physician offices regarding coverage of alliance products (Dupixent).
• Build and execute a Strategic tactical plan for the execution of Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives relevant to the defined needs of each respective product and account.
• Establish relationships within targeted healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues that may be barriers to Alliance product access.
