Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager (RBM) to join the Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team in the Greater Charlotte area. You will support healthcare providers in obtaining access to Regeneron products and navigate payer requirements to enable patient access.

In this field-based role, you will work with Sales Directors, District Managers, and Alliance partners to implement reimbursement strategies, educate offices on coverage (Dupixent) and stay current on payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharma with reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regeneron and Alliance teams to support access and reimbursement.
• Develop strategic plan for Alliance product access in accounts.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support educating physician offices.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscape and CMS Part D criteria.
• Build relationships with healthcare provider offices to resolve coverage barriers.
