Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager in the Greater Charlotte, NC area to support HCP offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products for patients. You will work cross-functionally to drive reimbursement strategy and educate providers on coverage and network requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in pharma with 2 years in reimbursement, plus experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks and CMS Part D.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub‑cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment.
• 2 years Reimbursement experience.
• Experience working with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work cross‑functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations to act as a process and payer subject matter expert to support healthcare provider segments.
• Build and execute a strategic tactical plan for Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support services to educate physician offices regarding coverage of alliance products (Dupixent).
• Establish and maintain knowledge on the local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
• Establish relationships with targeted healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues aligning with Regeneron policies.
