Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager to support access for Alliance products and drive payer strategies. You will work with Regeneron and Alliance sales teams to educate providers on coverage and navigate specialty pharmacy networks.

Your role includes building strategic plans and maintaining payer landscape knowledge. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharma reimbursement, strong cross-functional skills, and CMS Part D familiarity to ensure optimal patient access and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in pharma and/or sub-cutaneous biologics in a matrix environment with 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Experience with products delivered via Specialty Pharmacy networks.
• Strong collaboration and proactive communication skills.
• Knowledge of CMS Part D and payer sectors.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Regeneron teams to support access and reimbursement strategies.
• Build and execute strategic plans for Alliance product access and payer initiatives.
• Provide payer and pharmacy support to educate offices on coverage for Dupixent.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and requirements.
• Develop relationships with targeted offices to resolve coverage barriers.
• Maintain training to be the leading access and reimbursement resource.
