Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Reimbursement Business Manager to join the Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team.

The role supports HCP offices in obtaining patient access to Regeneron products, driving payer strategies and coordinating with Sales, Payer, and Alliance partners. The RBM will build strategic plans, provide payer and specialty pharmacy services, and educate offices on coverage and alliance product access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree within life sciences or related field; 5+ years in pharmaceuticals with 2+ years in reimbursement.
• Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network is essential.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government, and CMS Part D payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a payer subject matter expert to support Regeneron and Alliance teams.
• Build and execute strategic plans for access and reimbursement initiatives across accounts.
• Educate physician offices on coverage and reimbursement for Alliance products (e.g., Dupixent).
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer criteria and networks.
• Develop relationships within target provider offices to resolve payer coverage barriers in line with Regeneron SOPs.
• Ensure ongoing training to remain the industry leader in access and reimbursement.
